Happy Tuesday!

This morning was great. I woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I am so glad I made myself workout yesterday. Today I got to do a new workout from Hip Hop Abs, Total Body Burn. Let me tell you this work out was fun, but it is what it says, a total body burn. I tell you what. I hadn't really sweat during fat burning cardio or ab sculpt, but with Total Body Burn...I was SOAKED. It worked EVERYTHING. I feel it in my arms, back, abs, glutes. It was good, and a nice change of pace seeing as the program has you rotate between the same two workouts for the first couple weeks. Nothing else really scheduled today. I'm going to get started on the housewife duties, Laundry and dishes. Smooches y'all.

Here's the rundown:

Exercise: Hip Hop Abs - Total Body Burn

Food: B - Fiber One Carmel & Oat Bar, Fruit, Yogurt
L - NS Broccoli Cheese Soup, Salad, Yogurt
MS - Yogurt, Fruit
D - NS Basil Chicken, Salad, Broccoli
ES - NS White Cheddar Chips
Total Calories: 1390

That is so awesome that you are getting so much out of Hip Hop Abs! I'm sure Shaun T. would love to hear that kind of feedback. :)

Great job on working up such a good sweat. It always feels great when you work your body that hard!
