This week is the UNdiet week

So I am EXTREMELY stressed out right now, between school, work, and a few things that are happening with family back home there is no way I can commit to a diet this week. I am going to start the diet and exercise on Monday when I have adjusted to this new schedule. Hopefully I have not disappointed any of you, but life is CRAZY right now.

I am a sucky, sucky person.

I am so sorry. I haven't posted anything in like a month. Alas, life has gotten in the way. Between the vacation, work, school ( I started Grad School August 1st) and my wifely duties, I haven't made this blog, or myself for that matter, a priority. I am going to try to change that right now. I have been promoted (woohoo only there 2 months), and while for most that would mean more difficulty in life this may ease things up a bit. I had fallen off my workout schedule and now can restart. Well, errr, as soon as they find someone to take my position. I am so used to waking up at 6 now that I should and I emphasize SHOULD be able to workout every morning. My new job is 9-5, so I figure I'd get up at 7 work out and get ready for work and still have time to eat a great breakfast. N-E-Who I just thought I'd give you an update. I will start working out and such as soon as they find my replacement. Until then I am working both jobs...AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! Hopefully its just for a week.
