Sorry so tardy, but Weigh In!!!

I have been so busy lately. I did yard work and ran errands and blah blah blah. I stayed on plan and did all my workouts. I even took pictures on Saturday for comparison. Unfortunately I couldn't find the same outfit. But we will be comparing inches a well so. Here we go:

So I am down one size, 11lbs, 18.1% body fat, and a total of 7.5" Woohoo!!!
OK so the rundown for today:
Exercise: Hip Hop Abs -Fat Burning Cardio 2
Food:
B - Nutrigrain bar, yogurt, fruit
L - NS Chicken Salad, Salad yogurt
MS- Yogurt and Fruit
D - Hearty Beef Stew, Salad, Veggies
ES - NutriChocolates
