I'm a loser, but not as much as I wanted to be

So I weighed in on Friday, but I only lost a pound. I feel good because I lost, but I averaged 4 pounds a week the last couple of weeks so I am a little down. I suppose it might be my little binge on Halloween candy last Friday and Saturday. So I am now resolved to work extra hard and stay on plan and do all my exercises...At least until thanksgiving. Until next time folks.

As always,

Luv, Hugs, and Smooches!!!

ONe pound is something to celebrate! It's what you're supposed to lose, but I know what you mean. Something so good can be upsetting when you expect more!
Darn Halloween candy! It's so hard to ignore!
Congrats on the loss!

thanks for stopping by my blog, I love to read comments! I think you should be proud of losing a pound! I know it sucks, I had one of those a few weeks ago. Keep up the fantastic work!

It would be unreasonable for your body to consistently lose 4 lbs per week every week. A pound is fantastic. Take your measurements instead...it'll give you a more realistic gage of how you're doing.

I'm with kat, if you had big loses for the last two weeks I think it's expected that they would drop off. I think you're lucky to have lost the pound given that.

1lbs a week is a healthy loss - you should be so proud :) Keep it up girl!
