So because I am working now, I feel I have to workout in the morning to get a good start to my day. I don't know if that is what did it or if I encountered something I am allergic to, but I have the biggest headache ever. I am prone to migraines, but haven't had one in like 6 months...The pain is indescribable. I had planned on going to the gym when I got home, but I had to make my migraine remedy and shut myself in the house. I just woke up and remembered I said I would check in...so there.
