So today I am extremely energized! I worked out earlier today and my body feels like it still wants to workout. Crazy!!!! I am not going to though, because I don't want to over workout. Then I will go into starvation mode and my body will start burning muscle not fat. Bad deal...so I am resigned to sit contently and wait for my husband to come home....Ah the tedium. Anyhoo, here's what we've all been waiting for.
