I struggled to get out of bed this morning. I normally do my workout around 7 or 8AM. I will probably get around to it around 2. I had so much to do today and getting a late start put a damper on some things. Well here's the rundown:
Exercise: Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio/Ab Sculpt
Food: B - Fiber One Peanut Butter Bar, Fruit, Yogurt
L - NS Tomato Corn Chowder, Salad, Yogurt
MS - Yogurt, Fruit
D - NS Chicken Florentine, Salad, Broccoli
ES - NS Mint Chocolate Bar
Total Calories: 1310
