Good Morning!
I had a wonderful weekend. A truly blessed occasion. So much happened this weekend that touched my spirit and renewed my heart. Words cannot explain. I'm on my way out of the door so here is what we all came for:
Excersice: Hip-Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio
Food: B - NS Granola (+++++), Fruit, Yogurt
L - NS Fudge Graham Bar (++++), Salad, Yogurt
MS - Yogurt, Fruit
D - NS Chicken and Noodles with gravy(++++), Broccoli, Salad
ES - NS Pretzels (++)
