I hate, Hate, HATE this time of the month. I feel so drained like I could sleep all day. I was up with cramps until 3:30AM and I slept until noontime. My cramps aren't as bad today, but they are definitely still there. I can't wait until this is over. OK, I'm going to go back to bed now...not to nap, but I just need to lay down. I'll probably end up asleep, but that's not my intention! ;o) I modified my food a little bit because I am not as active today...
Here's the rundown:

Food: L - NS Chocolate Drink, Fruit, Yogurt
MS - Yogurt, Fiber One Cereal with milk
D - NS Lasagna with Meat Sauce, Salad
ES - Chocolate Popcorn, Triple Berry Blend
Total Calories: 1150 Calories
